National-Level Honor! Company Named National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise
On January 10, amid warm applause, General Manager Zhang Luwei received the plaque of "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise" from Cheng Wei, Director of the Changge Intellectual Property Bureau, who had made a special trip to the company to present the honor. This is another milestone in the company's intellectual property work, reaching the national level after it was awarded the "Henan Province Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise" honor in 2020.
In its "Notice on the Determination of the New Batch and Re-Verified National Intellectual Property Demonstration and Advantage Enterprises in 2022" (Guozhifa Yunhanzi [2022] No. 160), the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) determined the company to be a National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise. The "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise" designation is evaluated once every three years by the CNIPA, taking into account advantages in the enterprise's technological capabilities, patent cultivation, utilization performance, transformation and efficiency gains, as well as IP construction and management. It is a high evaluation by the state of enterprises that have performed outstandingly over a long period in the creation, utilization, protection and management of intellectual property.。
To date, the company has taken the lead in formulating 1 industry standard and participated in the formulation of 1 industry standard, and maintains more than 10 newly granted national patents each year. It has obtained 336 national patent grants in total, including 1 PCT patent (covering 9 countries). Going forward, the company will continue to intensify its intellectual property efforts, uphold the concept of innovation-led development, attach great importance to R&D investment, encourage all employees to proactively carry out process improvements, management enhancements and lean improvements, and integrate innovative thinking into every aspect of the company.
