On April 7, Huang Hongxia, Director of the Health Commission of Henan Province, visited Newland Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to survey the development of the pharmaceutical industry. She was accompanied by Zhao Peng, Deputy Mayor of Xuchang; Gan Jing, Director of the Xuchang Health Commission; Zhang Xiaoli, Mayor of Changge; and Jia Zhiguo, Deputy Mayor of Changge. General Manager Zhang Luwei and Chief Scientist Liu Hongmin of the company briefed Director Huang on the development of the industry.

 Director Huang and her delegation toured the intermediate production workshop and the API workshop under construction. After hearing the company's leaders on its development history, technological innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading, they affirmed the company's achievements in recent years. In particular, they spoke highly of the company's innovative results, including taking the lead in formulating multiple product industry standards and holding multiple domestic and international invention patents for its core technologies. Professor Liu Hongmin then briefed Director Huang on the application and prospects of new technologies such as continuous flow chemistry, synthetic biology and gene editing in the biomedical field.
