On June 17, the second strategy review meeting of Newland Pharmaceutical was held at the company's multifunctional hall. Strategic planning experts attended to provide guidance, and Chairman Mr. Xie Jianzhong was present and gave important instructions on the strategic plan.

 First, the three working groups for intermediates, APIs and formulations respectively presented the outcomes of their business strategy discussions, covering market insights, strategic intent and innovation focus. Members of the review panel fully expressed their opinions and suggestions based on their respective areas of expertise. The experts in attendance unanimously agreed that the strategic objectives, resource allocation strategies and business designs proposed in the three business strategy plans are clear and well-defined, with clear implementation paths. The key tasks and initiatives are closely aligned with the strategic priorities and are highly targeted and actionable, laying a solid foundation for the execution of the strategy.

 Chairman Mr. Xie Jianzhong expressed his gratitude to the attending experts and review panel members for diagnosing the company's strategic plan and contributing their suggestions. He gave instructions on the strategic plan. First, the company should attach great importance to the strategic plan from a higher standpoint, truly implement and carry through the concept of planning first, and continuously enhance the strategic thinking of the company's management. Second, the company should revise and improve the strategic plan with higher efficiency — promptly sorting out the opinions raised by the experts and review panel members, refining every key task, and ensuring clear objectives, defined milestones and clear accountability, so as to guarantee the implementation of the strategic plan.
