I. Project Name and Overview

Project Name: Annual 10,000-Ton p-Toluenesulfonic Acid Safety and Environmental Protection Technical Renovation Project Construction Unit: Henan Newland Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Nature of Construction: Renovation (reconstruction) Construction Site: North side of Huangjin Avenue, Dazhou Town, Changge City, Xuchang City Project Investment: RMB 25 million Construction Content: Procurement of more than 30 sets of equipment, including reaction kettles, storage tanks, automatic control devices and waste gas treatment facilities. By utilizing the existing centrifuges and part of the existing equipment and devices, the existing p-toluenesulfonic acid production line will undergo automation renovation to enhance environmental treatment capacity. After the technical renovation is completed, no new production capacity will be added, while safe production capability will be improved, energy consumption reduced and pollutant emissions decreased. The main production processes include sulfonation, crystallization, centrifugation and packaging.
