Project Name: Intelligent Distinctive API Supporting Industrial Chain Project Construction Unit: Henan Newland Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Nature of Construction: New construction Construction Site: Within the plant of Henan Newland Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., east side of the south section of Weiwu Road, Changge City Project Investment: RMB 100 million Construction Content: Utilizing the existing land of the plant and adopting advanced, green and low-carbon manufacturing technologies, the project will procure and industrially apply a series of high-end production equipment and energy-saving and environmentally friendly facilities, and build a production workshop for the intelligent distinctive API supporting industrial chain. With a designed production capacity of 60 tons per year, the project will further extend the API industrial chain. The pharmaceutical production equipment to be procured includes continuous-flow automatic reactors, high-pressure reactors, glass-lined reactors, centrifuges, condensers and other equipment. The main production processes include ammonolysis, cyclization, resolution, racemization, reduction, deprotection and recrystallization.
