On September 25, the company held a results report meeting for the “Targeted Breakthrough” campaign of the annual Quality Month in the multi-functional hall.

Centering on bottleneck indicators and technical parameters across all production procedures, the campaign targeted key pain points in manufacturing. Each project team carried out targeted optimization and improvement, successfully achieving the goals of quality upgrading, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

After on-site evaluation and scoring by the judging panel, the workshop 105 team stood out and claimed the championship.

  During the presentations, team representatives fully demonstrated the entire breakthrough process and practical achievements with substantial data and intuitive charts. All teams adopted professional quality management tools such as the PDCA cycle and fishbone diagram to conduct in-depth root cause analysis. By tracing problems comprehensively from the six dimensions of manpower, equipment, materials, methods, environment and testing, the teams pinpointed essential causes and formulated targeted, fundamental solutions

Follow-up monitoring of implementation and pilot evaluation results demonstrated significant optimization of key performance indicators across multiple projects. The initiative delivered tangible improvements in product quality as well as remarkable achievements in cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, fully reflecting the practical value of the “Targeted Breakthrough” campaign. All proven improvement measures will be further promoted and implemented company-wide.
