On the morning of April 12, the company's Q1 2024 work summary meeting was held in the multifunctional hall. Chairman Xie Jianzhong and Professor Liu Hongmin, the company's Chief Scientist, attended and delivered speeches. General Manager Zhang Luwei and several senior executives presented work reports. The meeting was attended by managers at the middle level and above.

         At the meeting, department heads for sales, R&D, safety & environmental protection, intermediate production, and API production presented their Q1 work summaries. Benchmarked against the annual targets, each report was backed by data, logically structured and well-focused, drawing on a range of management tools for analysis and review. Looking ahead, the heads made dynamic plans for their respective areas from a strategic analysis perspective, putting what they had learned into practice.

   In his report, General Manager Zhang Luwei conducted a scientific analysis and review of the Q1 work, with emphasis on eight aspects including the enhancement of the safety management system, improvement of the incentive mechanism, advancement of smart/intelligent production, development of the talent pipeline, and project construction.

  In his remarks, Professor Liu Hongmin, the Chief Scientist, stressed the importance of talent development and expressed an optimistic outlook on the growth of the API business.

  In his concluding address, Chairman Xie Jianzhong delivered a strategic analysis and forecast of the economic landscape and industry trends, and elaborated on the company's development direction and path forward under the theme of "Persistence, Focus, Innovation & Sharing." He called on all employees to firmly implement the company's development strategy, build new quality productive forces, foster a sound corporate ecosystem, and achieve rapid yet sound sustainable development in the company's new era.
